ItalianGres ships all over Europe, handles the transport of your material and tracks the journey until delivery to the address you indicated. You only have to make sure you are present when the goods arrive.

Shipping of sample products

Samples are shipped by DHL express courier in a package specially conceived for sample transport. Samples are normally delivered within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Shipment of goods on pallets

The shipment of goods on pallets is carried out by specialised forwarders with trucks of a size appropriate to the quantity purchased. It is important that you indicate in your order any difficulties in accessing, manoeuvring or unloading at the place of delivery. We can find a proper solution for every circumstance.
The goods are unloaded at street level at the precise point indicated in the delivery address, by means of a tail lift or, on request, using a loaded forklift.

Small formats (30x60 to 60x120) are generally unloaded by hydraulic tail lift.

Large formats (270x120/320x160) are generally unloaded from the side of the vehicle using a forklift truck. If it is not possible to use a forklift, we will inform you as the large slabs must be unloaded by hand. Only in this case you will have to organise the manual unloading with your installers or on your own.

Shipments insured against damage and theft

All shipments are insured against damage. In the event of transport damage, the customer must notify the carrier and follow the procedure indicated below:

  1. Sign the transport document with "reserve control". It is necessary to indicate every detail on the transport document like cardboard boxes open, crushed, damaged, broken, overturned, punctured, wet goods or damaged wooden pallet (unfortunately, if only the phrase "control reserve" is indicated on the transport document without further information, the complaint will not be accepted)
  2. Check for damaged boxes, packaging or tiles, send photos of the material still on pallets to our customer service.

This procedure allows us to provide replacement material at no additional cost.

Shipping times

Goods on pallets are dispatched as soon as possible and within the timeframe agreed during the order process, on average 6/10 working days from payment confirmation. Shipments are guaranteed even during the COVID-19 period, any delays will be communicated and managed at best by our team.
